Corsalex Postdoctoral Fellowship Program
The Corsalex Postdoctoral Fellowship Program is designed to support promising early-career scientists who wish to enter to continue research in the field of C9orf72 ALS/FTD. Fellows receive up to $210,000 over 3 years to support research of high scientific merit and relevance to C9 (full details here).

July 1, 2025: Deadline for submissions
September, 2025 (or later): Fellowship starts

Who Should Apply
Junior postdoctoral researcher with a designated advisor in an ALS or FTD-focused lab
For recent graduates, must hold a PhD certificate on the day of submission with an offer letter from the hosting PI
Must be no more than 1 year into postdoctoral fellowship
Open to all nationalities and positions anywhere in the world
Reason for the Program
Our mission at Corsalex is to develop therapies to treat C9orf72 ALS/FTD. While Corsalex is a drug development company, we are interested in advancing the field of C9 in any way that we can. We want to spur innovation in the field by investing in promising research that could ultimately help bring drugs to patients.
What We Are Looking For
The Corsalex Fellowship will fund projects that are primarily focused on research in C9orf72. We are interested in projects that focus on (among others topics):
The underlying biology of C9orf72 ALS/FTD
Novel drug targets or biomarkers
Gene therapies
Drug delivery into the CNS
Disease models
